ROLES

ENTRY AND EXIT COUNTERS SUPERVISOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • The Entry and Exit Counters Sr. Supervisor performs the facility’s access control and ticket sales including families and groups in compliance with Entry and Exit Counters policies and procedures, this including customer complaints reception, solution (if possible) and transference to the corresponding department.
  • Perform ticket sales according to standard and role-play script
  • Provide visitors with updated key information, such as closed areas or establishments, on-going events, food and beverages combos, promotions and discounts
  • Apply promotions and discounts
  • Ensure swift and efficient access and departure for all visitors according to our service standards
  • Support coordinator in transportation logistics, this meaning the reception, boarding and departure of group visits
  • Access bracelets placement, log and removal, according to service standards and provide each visitor with their boarding ticket, kid check, and park city map.
  • When required, performed bracelets and workstation cleaning
  • Ensure workspace cleanliness and proper functioning
  • Register the cash fund and checks log, and pick up at the Facility’s Administration Department when the shift starts and report accurate cash flow and funds updates per shift according to standard procedures
  • Attend complaints, provide solution if possible or transfer them to the appropriate department
  • Invite visitors to fill in their complaints in feedback template
  • In case of an emergency, provide support and assistance according to safety and security procedures
  • Provide support to other Establishments when Coordinator or Manager prompts it

FOOD AND BEVERAGES  SUPERVISORS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • The Food & Beverages Sr. Supervisors is responsible for ensuring customer service satisfaction through food & beverages services.
  • Assists visitors and promote Food & Beverages services.
  • Take Food and beverages orders, collect money and clean corresponding service areas.
  • Perform Food & Beverages sales satisfying customers’ needs.
  • Ensure sales target through good quality customer service.
  • Manage the cash of the assigned Food & Beverages point of sales.
  • Support Food & Beverages inventory elaboration.
  • Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards.
  • Keep an orderly environment in Food & Beverages areas.
  • Report to the Food & Beverages Coordinator any anomaly related to operational equipment and establishment.
  • Prepare a variety of foods and beverages according to visitors’ orders or coordinators’ instructions, following approved procedures.
  • Package take-out foods and/or serve food to as required.
  • Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
LOYALTY  SUPERVISOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • The Loyalty Sr. Supervisors is responsible for guaranteeing customer satisfaction through loyalty services, ensuring passport’s sales.
  • Prepares Passport Office according to operation checklists (cleaning, display, equipment, etc.)
  • Promote loyalty services.
  • Enroll new Citizens to the Loyalty Program.
  • Provide Loyalty Program information, including Citizenship levels and benefits.
  • Ensure sales target through good quality customer service.
  • Ensures majority of parents accept the opt-in marketing preferences in the loyalty program.
  • Influence parents and Citizens to open up their website online account to receive more benefits.
  • Provides loyalty services to Citizens (level upgrade, parent or Citizen information edits, lost Passport, missing stamps, linking bracelet to Passport’s, etc.).
  • Manage the cash at the assigned Passport point of sales.
  • Support Passport’s inventory elaboration.
  • Conduct maintenance activities at loyalty point of sales.
  • Report to the Loyalty Coordinator any anomaly related to operational equipment and establishment.

MEDIA  SUPERVISORS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • The Media Sr. Supervisors ensures customer satisfaction through media services and customer requirements fulfilling
  • Assists visitors and offers media products
  • Perform media sales fulfilling visitor’s needs
  • Ensure sales target through good quality customer service
  • Manage the cash of the assigned point of sales
  • Support media materials inventory elaboration
  • Maintain media points of sales good image performing janitorial activities
  • Keep an orderly environment in the point of sales assigned
  • Report to Media Coordinator any anomaly related to operational equipment and establishment
    Ensures experience through media products

    MERCHANDISING  SUPERVISORS

    Job Responsibilities: 

The Merchandising Sr. Supervisors ensure customer satisfaction through sales by providing point of purchase and shelf management services
  • Assists visitors and display products
  • Perform merchandising sales fulfilling visitor’s needs
  • Ensure sales target through good quality customer service
  • Manage the cash of the assigned Merchandising point of sales
  • Support Merchandising inventory elaboration
  • Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
  • Keep an orderly environment in the point of sales assigned
  • Report to Merchandising Coordinator any anomaly related to operational equipment and establishment

Job Responsibilities: 

  • The Paid Experiences Sr. Supervisors ensure customer satisfaction and experience engagement. They are in charge of promoting paid experiences and performing their assigned activities with outstanding role-playing skills and customer service attitude.
  • Promote paid experiences through persuasive communication.
  • Perform the activities they have been assigned to, guaranteeing visitor satisfaction by following standards, specially role-play.
  • Ensure individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and health, safety and security practices.
  • Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment Maintain records related to sales.
  • Perform daily checklists and inventory.
